Andrea Ayala, born in Southern Ca, raised in Fort Pierce Fl. I fell in love with the game of basketball when I was in middle school back in 2006 watching one of my older sisters play on varsity at Lincoln Park Academy, the school was a 6-12. I graduated from LPA in 2012 with honors, 2 middle school championships, and 3 district championships. I went off to play college basketball at Daytona State College and graduated with my AA and a defensive player of the year award in 2014. I took some time off in 2015 but couldn’t stay away to long. In 2016-2017 I enrolled at the University of Central Florida and played with a semipro team the Orlando Stars, in 2018 I graduated from UCF with my bachelors in Kinesiology and played on the Orlando Splash. In 2019 I became a WBDA Champion with the Orlando Boom. I am currently here 2019-2020, I became the assistant women’s basketball coach at Johnson University and one of the assistant coaches for the Orlando Boom. It’s been a journey and I couldn’t have gotten where I am today without God, my family, and every single coach, friend, manager, that took a chance on me. They’ve become family God placed each and every one of them strategically in my path and for that I will forever be grateful.
